About The Position

The unit typically has 11–12 patients per day with an average stay of about three days, and offers supportive nurse‑to‑patient ratios: 2:1 in the ICU (with some 1:1), 3:1 for stepdown, and 4:1 for telemetry, plus a 12:1 NA ratio. Nurses work closely with intensivists, specialty providers, and 24/7 virtual critical care support.
