Requirements

• BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Graduate of a board-approved Registered Nurse Program required.
• Ability to manage complex workload required.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of personalized care plans by implementing and monitoring clinical interventions that directly improve patient outcomes.
• Advocate for patient safety through the vigilant monitoring and real-time communication of health status changes to the multidisciplinary team.
• Champion collaborative healing by serving as the primary coordinator across all specialties, ensuring the patient receives seamless, well-rounded support.
• Execute clinical directives with precision, translating physician and nursing orders into high-quality, bedside action.
• Empower patients for life after discharge by proactively assessing and coordinating transition needs with the healthcare team from day one.
