Requirements
- BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Graduate of a board-approved Registered Nurse Program required.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- RN with approximately 18 months or more experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate holistic care plans by partnering across multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless, well-managed care journeys for every patient.
- Monitor and communicate patient progress in real time to ensure prompt medical interventions and keep families informed.
- Execute physician and nursing orders with precision to maintain the highest standards of safety and treatment accuracy.
- Assess and drive discharge planning alongside the healthcare team to prepare patients and their families for a smooth, confident transition home.
