About The Position

Join our 12-bed merged ICU/IMC unit, where we provide flexible, high-quality care for a mix of ICU and Intermediate Care patients based on individual clinical needs. Care for a diverse range of medical and surgical diagnoses in a dynamic, evolving environment. While major cardiac recovery is not currently part of our scope, our program is actively growing. The unit experiences a mix of acuity that is balanced by shifts which allow for focused, thoughtful patient care—not just constant hustle and bustle. Requirements

Diploma in Nursing required or Associate’s degree in nursing required
1 year experience as a clinical nurse required
RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days Required
CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training 90 Days Require

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
Critical Care experience preferred but not required
