About The Position

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). New graduates are welcome to apply. This position requires effective communication, excellent customer service, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills. The ability to function independently and exercise judgment in interactions with physicians, the interprofessional care team, patients, and their families is essential. Shifts involve three 12-hour shifts one week and four 12-hour shifts the following week, with every other weekend work.

Requirements

• Current RN License
• High School Diploma or GED
• BLS/ACLS or acquired within 1 year of employment
• Effective communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Provide care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
• Function independently and exercise judgment in interactions with physicians, interprofessional care team, patients, and their families.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and the care team.
