Registered Nurse, ICU Fulltime Nights, Baptist Clay
About The Position
Baptist Clay is looking for an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for Fulltime Nights. New Hires eligible for a $5,000 Sign on Bonus. Provides for patient needs as recognized through use of the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) and the mission statement; organization; supervision of care provided by supportive personnel and coordination of care provided by ancillary services. Including patients and significant others (SO)/families in developing an individualized plan of care. Education of patients/SO/families to their disease process and plan of care. Serves as patient advocate and responsible for providing care to critical patients that require a higher acuity of care.
Requirements
- 1-2 years Telemetry Experience
- Hospital Experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
- Licensed Registered Nurse Required
Nice To Haves
- 1-2 years Cardiac Experience Preferred
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Preferred
