About The Position

Our 12‑bed ICU features private patient rooms thoughtfully designed with ample space for advanced monitoring technology, allowing nurses to practice at the highest level while still supporting meaningful bedside time with patients’ friends and loved ones. This setting promotes high‑quality, compassionate care and a strong professional practice environment for our nursing team.
Requirements
- NYS licensed registered nurse required
- Current CPR/BLS required
- ACLS within one year
- Minimum of one (1) year of medical/surgical experience required
- Able to prioritize and plan for the unexpected
- Able to delegate tasks appropriately.
- Good Communication skills, and skilled in customer service.
- Reliability and flexibility.
Nice To Haves
- CCRN preferred
- Cardiac monitoring preferred
- Critical care preferred
Responsibilities
- Utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Prescribing, delegating, and coordinating nursing care provided to patients.
- Provide patient education & coordinate the activities of ancillary personnel while maintaining the standards of professional nursing practice.
