About The Position

This is a travel assignment for a Registered Nurse in the ICU at a hospital in Clearlake, California. The assignment is for 13 weeks, starting on 08/31/2026, with an expected 36 hours per week on day shifts (three 12-hour shifts). The weekly pay is estimated between $1,991 and $2,166. Requirements

Current California RN license in good standing (active)
ICU nursing experience, preferably in an adult critical care setting
BLS and ACLS certifications required or in process
Graduation from an accredited nursing program; RN degree
Ability to work in a high-acuity ICU environment and collaborate with a fast-paced team

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and implement ICU patient care for adult patients within the assigned unit
Ensure high-quality, safe care consistent with unit standards and policies
Collaborate with physicians, nursing colleagues, and multidisciplinary teams; communicate with patients and families
Maintain flexibility to adapt to changing systems and patient needs; demonstrate quality and efficiency in clinical practice
Uphold the mission, philosophy, and goals of the unit and organization; contribute to a respectful, team-centered environment
Document care, monitor patient status, and escalate concerns following protocol
