About The Position
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). New graduates are welcome to apply. This position involves working shifts that consist of three 12-hour shifts one week and four 12-hour shifts the following week, including every other weekend.
Requirements
- Current RN License
- High School Diploma or GED
- BLS/ACLS or acquired within 1 year of employment
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking skills
Responsibilities
- Provide effective communication and excellent customer service.
- Utilize interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
- Function independently and exercise judgment in interactions with physicians, the interprofessional care team, patients, and their families.
