About The Position
The PHBP ICU is a 16-bed, mixed-acuity environment servicing Critical Care, Stepdown and Cardiac Telemetry patients with ratios varying from 1:2 to 1:4. The team consists of skilled nurses, patient support technicians and monitor technicians, all of whom are responsible for providing quality, patient-centered care to all three levels of patient acuity. This department is filled with great challenges, demands flexibility and will make you a “Jack of all trades”.
Requirements
- ACLS / BLS / NIHSS
- Interpretation & Management of dysrhythmias
- Continuous IV sedation
- Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring
- 2 yrs ICU experience required
