About The Position

This role involves implementing and monitoring patient care plans, monitoring, recording, and communicating patient conditions as appropriate. The Registered Nurse will serve as a coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care, noting and carrying out physician and nursing orders, and assessing and coordinating patient's care needs with members of the healthcare team.

Requirements

Advanced Life Support obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
ICU Experience Required
