About The Position

The Internal ICU Float Pool at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center is a dynamic, highly skilled team supporting intensive care units within the hospital. Internal ICU Float RNs bring versatility, clinical strength, and teamwork to every shift, ensuring high-quality, compassionate care across multiple critical care areas within a single facility. This role involves supporting various intensive care units within the hospital, requiring adaptability and strong clinical skills to provide care across multiple critical care areas.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers (AHA)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within 6 months of hire
• Minimum 18 months of ICU RN experience (2 years strongly preferred)
• Flexibility and ability to meet scheduling expectations including 1 weekend (Sat-Sun Shifts) per 6-week period.
