About The Position

Manage the recovery of our most vulnerable patients by implementing complex care plans and maintaining constant vigilance over physiological changes to ensure immediate, life-saving interventions.
Lead the multidisciplinary care team as the primary patient advocate, coordinating between intensivists, specialists, and therapists to ensure a cohesive and rapid response to treatment.
Execute critical physician orders and advanced nursing protocols with precision, ensuring that high-acuity treatments are delivered safely in a fast-paced environment.
Support families during their most difficult moments by providing clear communication and emotional guidance, helping them navigate the complexities of critical care and the path toward recovery.

Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
