This position requires the ability to work the following schedule: Flex position, may flex up or down in this position due to Census. 8 hour day shifts with start times between 6:15am-9:30am On Call Rotation: 1 day a week, every 4th weekend with rotating Holidays.

Requirements

BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing
Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment ND and MN
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year
40hr Mandatory International Hyperbaric course scheduled and paid for by the department.
Hyperbaric Certification exam after 2-year experience in Hyperbaric Medicine

Responsibilities

Performs nursing interventions, and evaluation.
Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation and job descriptions.
Contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.
