Requirements
- Associate of Nursing (ASN)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program (or possess more than two years of acute care experience, subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer).
- Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
- At least 2 years of inpatient experience.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelors of Nursing (BSN)
- Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
Responsibilities
- Deliver acute-level hospital care in the comfort of patients' homes.
- Provide in-home visits to patients throughout the Metro region.
- Provide one-on-one patient-centered care and education.
