About The Position

Billet Health is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our growing Hospice team. We are looking for nurses who are passionate about providing exceptional end-of-life care while creating meaningful patient and family experiences. Our hospice nurses care for geriatric patients in their homes or residential facilities through individualized plans of care developed in collaboration with our Director of Nursing.

Requirements

• Active RN License in the state of practice
• Valid driver’s license
• Valid auto insurance
• CPR or BLS Certification
• Current TB documentation
• Physical/medical clearance (CA & NV applicants)
• AZ Level One Fingerprint Card (Arizona applicants only)

Nice To Haves

• Experienced hospice nurse
• New to home health and hospice

Responsibilities

• Complete SOCs, ROCs, and recertifications
• Perform hospice nursing assessments
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team
• Provide compassionate patient and family education
• Monitor patient condition and symptom management
