As a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager, you will enable patients to spend quality time with their loved ones and doing the activities they enjoy. Requirements

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
