About The Position

Sentara Health is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Registered Nurse. The Direct Care Registered Nurse - Home Health and Hospice provides high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes or hospice settings, ensuring comfort, dignity, and emotional support during end-of-life care. This is a PRN/as needed position, anticipated to be around 15 hours per week, with a rotating shift. The role is located at Sentara Hospice Services - South Boston, VA, and may involve travel up to a 50-mile radius.

Requirements

Valid RN License in state of practice (VA)
BLS (Required within 90 days of hire)
1 year of nursing experience

Previous Home Care/Hospice experience
