About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) who has a passion for Adult and/or Pediatric care to join our Passaic County skilled nursing team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. This role offers traditional shift types (8’s, 10’s, or 12's) with hands-on care for one client, allowing for the building of client relationships and the opportunity to witness their milestones. Client age ranges from infant to geriatric. The role involves traveling to one client home near you on a schedule you choose, following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders, performing assessments, and monitoring clients' conditions, and documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations. BAYADA offers paid training from day 1 in the office, in the home, and online, with practice opportunities in award-winning adult and pediatric Simulation labs. Nurses receive around-the-clock clinical support by phone and utilize electronic charting with Statewise. BAYADA cares for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels and offers a multitude of paid training to ensure nurses feel comfortable and competent on their first shift.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
• 5 months of RN experience
