Registered Nurse- Home Hospice (Full-Time 0.8/Evenings)

Seeking an experienced RN to work 4pm - 12am (midnight) on our team. 1 year of experience is required. Provides nursing services, responds to inquiries and referrals, and addresses urgent and ongoing needs for patients and caregivers; in addition, the nurse supports and enhances the organizational mission and philosophy, promoting excellence in end of life care. This position covers Lancaster, York and surrounding counties. Must be able to complete 5 - 6 weeks of a FT orientation.
