About The Position

This role involves providing skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, focusing on one patient at a time with clear care plans. The position offers steady full-time hours, consistent schedules, and a more focused approach to patient care compared to traditional hospital settings. The nurse will be responsible for monitoring patient vitals, medications, and home equipment, charting visits, coordinating with families and the clinical team, and supporting safe care transitions. The work aims to help pediatric patients remain safely at home.

Requirements

• Active Texas RN license
• 1 year of nursing experience required
• Available 36–40 hrs/week
• Able to travel within assigned counties
• Comfortable in pediatric home health
• Comfortable working in home settings

Nice To Haves

• KanTime EMR or EVV experience
• Prior home health experience
• Bilingual Spanish

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care in patient homes
