As a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) on a Baylor Shift, you will support patient recovery and their ability to stay at home, enabling them to spend quality time with their loved ones and pursue their enjoyable activities. You will empower patients and families to reach their healthcare goals by educating them on disease management and provide case management and clinical oversight to the interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
- RN license in the state you work
- Two years of experience as a registered nurse
- Home health experience preferred
- Current driver’s license
- Current CPR and BCLS certification
Responsibilities
