About The Position

Billet Health is a growing home health agency looking for skilled, compassionate nurses who have the heart and passion for total patient care. Our team provides home health services to patients through a 9-week episode of care, delivering not just excellent clinical care—but a truly personal experience. As a new and growing company, we’re seeking PRN team members who are excited to help build something meaningful from the ground up.

Requirements

• Active RN, LPN, or CNA license in the state of practice
• Current Physical
• Valid driver’s license
• Valid auto insurance
• CPR/BLS certification
• Valid TB test
• Skin test within the last year or Chest X-ray within the last five years
• Initial home health training requires one full week of availability (Monday–Friday)

Responsibilities

• Complete SOCs, ROCs, recerts, and skilled nursing visits
• Perform patient assessments and collaborate with the Director of Nursing
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled nursing care per plan of care
• Monitor patient status and report changes
• Support ongoing patient education and coordination
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide compassionate personal care in the home or facility
• Observe and report patient changes to the clinical team
