About The Position

This is a full-time pediatric home health role where you will work one-on-one with patients in their homes. The position offers steady hours, clear care plans, and a more focused approach to patient care compared to a hospital setting. You will deliver skilled nursing care, monitor patients, chart visits, and coordinate with families and the clinical team to ensure safe care transitions and build trust with patients and caregivers.

Requirements

• Active Texas RN license
• 1 year of nursing experience required
• Available 36–40 hrs/week
• Able to travel within assigned counties
• Comfortable in pediatric home health
• Comfortable working in home settings

Nice To Haves

• KanTime EMR or EVV experience
• Prior home health experience
• Bilingual Spanish

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care in patient homes
• Follow care plans and clinical protocols
