About The Position
Mercy Home Health is seeking a Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, compassionate care directly to patients in their homes. The role involves using advanced tools, clinical expertise, and a whole-person approach to help patients heal, regain independence, and thrive. This position is based out of Newtown Square and will support Chester County.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active RN license in the State of Pennsylvania
- At least one (1) year of professional nursing experience preferably in Home Health
- Phlebotomy and wound care experience required
