About The Position
This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) to perform in-home health assessments, offering an alternative to traditional hospital settings. The role focuses on utilizing clinical judgment during one-on-one interactions with patients to perform health assessments, document findings, identify health risks, and address gaps in care. Requirements
- Active RN license (MO or compact)
- 1+ year home health clinical experience
- Reliable transportation & Valid Drivers License (A MUST)
Responsibilities
