This role involves practicing in accordance with the American Nurses Association's (ANA) scope and standards of nursing practice, utilizing clinical expertise to plan and deliver safe, therapeutic, and population-specific patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required for employees hired after 9/1/2020 (those hired prior to 9/1/2020 are grandfathered).
• Current and valid New York State Registered Professional Nurse license.
• Current and valid BLS certification.
• Knowledge of standards of practice for all areas of patient care.
• Excellent communication (oral and written), organizational, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelors Degree Nursing.
• 1 - 2 years Nursing.
• Home Dialysis experience ( HHD and PD)

Responsibilities

• Analyzes the assessment data to determine the diagnoses or issues.
