Full Time Registered Nurse (Home Care)

As an Addus Nurse (Registered Nurse), you will enable patients to stay independent while they remain in their own homes. You will perform routine supervisory visits to evaluate the plan of care and supervise delivery of excellent client service. You will also complete initial Starts of Care and present educational in-service trainings. You will communicate with Case Managers and other members of the care team.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure.
- 2 years of nursing experience.
- Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage.
Responsibilities
