Join the Hematology Oncology Ambulatory team and provide coordinated, patient-centered care for complex hematology and oncology patients in a fast-paced specialty clinic supporting 7 physicians, 1 physician assistant, and 6 nurse practitioners. This Monday through Friday, day-shift position (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) focuses on care coordination, symptom and medication management, treatment oversight, diagnostic and specialty care navigation, and real-time support of provider and patient care needs. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple pathways of care across the healthcare continuum.
