This specialized 24-bed unit provides Critical Care, Stepdown, and Telemetry-level care for patients recovering from open heart surgery, myocardial infarctions, AAA repairs, thoracic procedures, CRRT, and more. What makes this unit unique is its continuity of care—open heart patients remain in the same room from admission through discharge, allowing nurses to build meaningful relationships and play a key role in every stage of recovery. Requirements

• Active Indiana RN license or valid compact RN license

Responsibilities

• Provide Critical Care, Stepdown, and Telemetry-level care for patients recovering from open heart surgery, myocardial infarctions, AAA repairs, thoracic procedures, CRRT, and more.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and play a key role in every stage of recovery due to continuity of care.
• Deliver exceptional cardiac care and support patient progress from critical illness to recovery.
