About The Position

The Registered Nurse is responsible for promoting the Mission, Vision and Values of the Saskatchewan Health Authority through provision of safe quality nursing care to clients. The Registered Nurse is responsible to the Manager of a designated area. Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
• Basic Professional Assault Response Training Certificate (PART)
• Nursing diploma is acceptable
• Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate (BCLS)
• Computer skills
• Ability to organize work load demands
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of information
• Possess effective communication skills & ability to relate to all individuals
• Ability to delegate appropriately.
• Demonstrated understanding of scope of practice of individuals supervised
• Demonstrates ability to work as a team member
• Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)

Nice To Haves

• ACLS, PEDS ACLS, TNCC an asset.
• Recent Emergency experience desired
