The Registered Nurse will collaborate in establishing the plan of care, coordinate and implement care delivery, and anticipate patient needs across the continuum. They will analyze patient information to determine nursing diagnoses, continually evaluate patient progress, and apply interventions for effective outcomes. Strategies to promote health and a safe environment will be employed. Additional duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities

Applies the nursing process to plan and implement the care of patients, including patient and family education and continuum of care planning.
