About The Position

This role involves delivering compassionate, high-quality direct nursing care, managing the patient's complete care journey, coordinating care across all clinical disciplines, and assessing ongoing patient needs in real-time. The nurse will meticulously document clinical progress, promptly execute physician and nursing orders, and provide critical updates to the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless continuity of care. They will act as the primary advocate and liaison to guarantee well-integrated, holistic services that lead to optimal patient outcomes. Collaboration with the broader healthcare team is essential to adjust treatment plans and ensure a safe, efficient, and successful transition through recovery.

Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
