Requirements

  • Current Registered Professional Nurse in New York.
  • BLS Certified through the American Heart Association.
  • Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing required.
  • Fluent written and spoken English language skills.
  • Physical stamina, manual dexterity and visual acuity to perform responsibilities.
  • Critical Care RN experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • Membership in pertinent of professional organizations preferred.
  • Internal candidate without nursing experience and external candidate with a minimum of one year nursing experience in conjunction with a plan to earn a BSN in nursing only at the discretion of the Vice President of Nursing and Patient Services.

Responsibilities

  • Collects patient healthcare data systematically and on an ongoing basis using appropriate assessment techniques and instruments.
