About The Position

This role involves implementing and monitoring patient care plans, monitoring, recording, and communicating patient conditions as appropriate. The Registered Nurse will serve as a coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care, note and carry out physician and nursing orders, and assess and coordinate patient's care needs with members of the healthcare team.

Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire.

Nice To Haves

• At least two years of current RN specific experience is highly preferred.
