About The Position

Thrive on Variety and Make a Meaningful Impact in Acute Care Nephrology. This is a Float RN Opportunity in the Muskegon & Grand Rapids, MI area. The schedule is Full Time, Day Shift. Perks include mileage, travel time, hotel, and meals. The role involves delivering inpatient dialysis therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis. You will collaborate with hospital teams and DaVita clinical staff, monitor patients, adjust treatment, and ensure quality outcomes. You will also support and oversee patient care with the help of PCTs and adapt quickly in a dynamic hospital environment. No dialysis experience is required as paid training is provided. You will work in a variety of hospital units and rotate between facilities as needed. The schedule includes regular and on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays, and daily schedules may change based on patient needs.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of practice
• ADN required
• Must pass a color vision test (accommodations available)

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred
• ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience helpful but not required
• CNN/CDN certification (preferred)
