Requirements

Diploma in nursing or an ASN/BSN.
Minimum of one year of RN experience in the ICU or Med/Surg specialty.
Valid Indiana Registered Nurse license.
CPR certification.
Ability to lift 50 pounds, assist with 100 pounds (lifting requirements may be heavier for specified departments).
Good verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

BSN degree (for BSN Premium).

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional patient care across multiple PRMC units while maintaining a consistent home base.
Adapt to different unit needs and patient populations within the Flex Team structure.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
