- Current Oklahoma RN License without restrictions
- CPR Certification

Responsibilities
- Overseeing and providing nursing care to meet the needs of the PACE Participants and achieve goals set in the Plan of Care.
- Administering level of care assessments and nursing assessments.
- Delivering nursing care and assessments primarily in the participants home.
- Delivering nursing care and assessments at the PACE center, or other in-patient facilities.
