About The Position

Participate in the Registered Nurse Fellowship Program designed for Registered Nurses (RN) with more than one year of experience transitioning into a new clinical specialty. Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), delivering safe, compassionate, person-centered nursing care while supporting positive patient outcomes. Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions in the Electronic Health Record (EHR), communicating changes promptly to the Registered Nurse and interdisciplinary team. Implement patient care plans, carry out physician and nursing orders, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, coordinated, high-quality patient care.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
More than one year of experience transitioning into a new clinical specialty.
