Join the Family Practice of Jay clinic as an RN Ambulatory, providing compassionate, patient-centered care across the lifespan while supporting providers with assessment, care coordination, education, and chronic disease management in an outpatient setting. Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of RN experience
  • Associates of Nursing (ASN)
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
  • Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program (exceptions may apply with >2 years of experience, subject to CNO approval)
  • Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
  • Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors of Nursing (BSN)
  • Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies
  • Ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction
