About The Position

This Mass General Brigham practice provides Primary Care services and Endocrinology. Our physicians specialize in Internal Medicine and Family Medicine. We are located at 1069 Broadway in Saugus, MA 01906. The Saugus practice is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join their team in a full-time, 40-hour capacity. This is a fully onsite position with five 8-hour shifts, between the hours of 8:00 AM–5:30 PM. The role is primarily focused on clinical triage, with responsibilities including nurse visits, medication injections, EKGs, and providing support to the Medical Assistants when needed. The RN will join a collaborative team of four nurses, including a Clinical Supervisor, in a fast-paced primary care setting. While primary care experience is preferred, candidates with a variety of clinical backgrounds will be considered as long as they have solid nursing experience. Epic experience is preferred, and the ideal candidate will enjoy a role that combines patient care, triage, and team-based clinical support. Summary: Responsible for patient care and support within the outpatient setting through providing compassionate care, assisting in procedures, and collaborating effectively in a dynamic ambulatory care environment. Requirements

  • Associate's Degree Nursing required
  • Registered Nurse [RN - State License] - required
  • Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required

Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct patient care and support, ensuring high nursing standards.
  • Conduct patient assessments, devise care plans, and assist in outpatient procedures with a focus on patient comfort and safety.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.
  • Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
  • Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
  • Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
