Registered Nurse Executive Director
About The Position
We are excited to extend an invitation to an enthusiastic individual who will serve as our Executive Director (ED) and Registered Nurse (RN) for our Cleveland, OH office! This person will manage the day-to-day operations, ensure compliance within our network of home health aides and clients in the area, and train new team members to carry out the purpose of Village Caregiving within its scope. The Executive Director/Registered Nurse will be someone we can hold accountable for doing the right thing and using common sense when dealing with clients, employees, and colleagues. We are seeking an individual who embodies a passion for making a positive difference, displays an innate desire for a managerial position, carries an entrepreneurial spirit, and can thrive either alone or in a collaborative environment. Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing
- Ability to professionally represent Village Caregiving in verbal and written communication.
- Capable of using common sense to problem solve.
- Comfortable navigating difficult conversations.
- Exhibits business acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions.
