WBMC offers general medical and surgical care, orthopedics, a robotic surgery program, a state-of-the art breast imaging center, womens and childrens services and the only level III NICU in southern Palm Beach County. Its two emergency centers, one at the main hospital and the other in Coconut Creek, are open 24-hours a day. Join our team!
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in Emergency Room (ER) nursing
- Ability to provide nursing care to both adult and pediatric patients
- Proficiency in using the nursing process
- Experience with electronic health records
Nice To Haves
- Experience at West Boca Medical Center or West Boca Emergency Center
- Experience in directing and supervising personnel
Responsibilities
- Provide safe and effective nursing care to all patients (Adult and Pediatric) utilizing the nursing process at West Boca Medical Center and off site at West Boca Emergency Center.
- Responsible for the direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.
- Administers and performs specialized nursing care according to assigned unit and treatment for patient.
- Reviews orders/test results and documents care delivered accurately and timely in the electronic health record.
