About The Position
The Registered Nurse will work in the Emergency Room (ER) providing care for patients with a range of conditions including geriatric, abdominal pain, chest pain, stroke, psych, respiratory issues, and pediatric cases.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Emergency Department required
- Experience with EMR systems, specifically EPIC, is required
Nice To Haves
- 5 years preferred in specialty
Responsibilities
- Administer TNK
- Perform conscious sedation
- Manage chest tubes
- Insert and manage central lines
- Work collaboratively in a pod setup, managing a patient ratio of 1:4
