About The Position

As an Emergency Room (ER) Nurse, you will be responsible for providing the highest level of care to patients in need of immediate medical assistance. You must possess excellent communication and multitasking skills to effectively treat individuals with potentially life-threatening injuries or illnesses.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Registered Nurse or Compact State License in New Hampshire.
• BLS certification during orientation and employment.
• ACLS needed within six months of hire.
• PALS required within one year of hire.
• Crisis management certification.
• CPI advanced necessary within six months of hire.
• TNCC required within one year of hire.
• Nurses are expected to pursue professional certification upon eligibility or within three years of entering the specialty practice.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year of recent clinical experience preferred.
• ENPC encouraged

Responsibilities

• Assessing patient needs and providing critical care
• Monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and responding to medical emergencies
• Working as part of a team of doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals
• Creating patient care plans and maintaining accurate medical records
