As an RN in our Endoscopy Department, you’ll be part of a highly skilled team performing a wide range of procedures including EGD, colonoscopy, EUS, bronchoscopy, and ERCP. You’ll work alongside gastroenterologists, pulmonologists, nurses, technicians, and coordinators to deliver tertiary-level care in a community setting. Work is typically performed in a clinical environment. Accountable for satisfying all job specific obligations and complying with all organization policies and procedures. Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required
• Graduate from Specialty Training Program
• Minimum of 1 year-Nursing
• Basic Life Support Certification
• Licensed Registered Nurse (Pennsylvania)

Responsibilities

• Assist providers during GI endoscopic procedures
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and conscious sedation
• Monitor patients during and after procedures
• Collect and prepare lab specimens
• Educate patients and families on procedures and recovery
• Lead and support other clinic nurses and technicians
• Maintain and inspect medical equipment and supplies
