About The Position

Winchester Hospital, a 5x Magnet designated and Top Massachusetts recognized regional hospital, is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Endoscopy Team. This role is crucial in providing comprehensive health care services to the northwest suburban Boston area. Requirements

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

Nice To Haves

• BSN strongly encouraged.
• Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments
• Administer medications/treatments
• Observe patients' progress
• Evaluate therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient
• Support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes
