About The Position

This role involves delivering compassionate, direct nursing care by following evidence-based protocols to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence. You will drive the patient’s recovery journey by implementing and continuously adapting personalized care plans that respond to their evolving needs. You will champion seamless communication by monitoring and sharing vital patient updates with the care team, ensuring no detail is overlooked. You will also lead as the primary care coordinator, aligning doctors, specialists, and support staff to provide a unified and holistic patient experience.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.

Nice To Haves

2+ years of procedural experience preferred
BSN preferred
