About The Position

This role is for a Registered Nurse in the Endoscopy department at Ascension St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. The position is part-time, with day shifts on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and an on-call schedule every 6th weekend. The nurse will deliver compassionate, direct nursing care using evidence-based protocols to ensure patient safety and clinical excellence. They will drive the patient's recovery by implementing and adapting personalized care plans, champion seamless communication by monitoring and sharing vital patient updates, and lead as the primary care coordinator. Additionally, the nurse will empower patients and families by managing discharge planning for a smooth transition.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
2+ years of nursing experience

Nice To Haves

Procedural nursing experience strongly preferred
Operating Room, ICU or Emergency Room experience strongly preferred
