About The Position
Seeking an On-Call Registered Nurse for Endoscopy services. This position covers Friday through Sunday, totaling 36 hours of call coverage. The role is based at Baptist Health Floyd in the Southern Indiana/Louisville, Kentucky area. The Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for providing direct, comprehensive nursing care to patients from admission through discharge. This is an opportunity to work in a regional, non-profit hospital with a diverse patient population and an organization that supports continued education.
Requirements
- Diploma RN
- Current Indiana or compact state RN license
- BLS for Healthcare Providers required
- ACLS certification (obtained within 12 months of hire)
Nice To Haves
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct comprehensive nursing care for the patient from admission to discharge.
